Mezzanine flooring can create additional floors of space for a variety of different uses such including storage or extra office space. Mezzanine floors are a very quick and cost effective way to create new space without the expense and inconvenience of relocation.

This deep–ribbed panel is generally used as deck panelling for mezzanines and floor systems. Although exceptionally strong, this panel is used as shuttering for mezzanine reinforced concrete floors and panel is not a substitute for the reinforcement of mezzanine concrete slabs. This panel is available upto 1 mm thickness.

Partition walls are usually required for residential building or offices. Partition wall comprises of two rigid boards having insulation sandwiched in between and fixed to the steel columns or supporting profiled steel and purlins. Alternatively, prefab sandwich panels can also be fixed to the columns and purlins.

PEBS Pennar’s standard roof monitor has a throat width of 1.5 M and a height of 1.0 M, made from hot rolled sections. Panels for roof monitor will be the same as supplied for main building unless otherwise specified. We can also supply roof monitor of varied sizes as per client’s requirements. PEBS Pennar’s standard roof extensions are 1.5 M wide, which are achieved by extending the end bay purlins beyond the end wall steel line. We can also provide Soffit panels, if required by the client.

RSSLLP provides fascia as per client requirement. Fascia is used to provide enhance architectural look. It can be Flush or cantilever type. we also provide canopy as per client required size. If required, Soffit panels can also be provided. Rafters for canopies are made from hot rolled or built-up I sections.

Interior partitions are non-load bearing walls meant to serve as dividers within a building. Partitions are constructed from 200 deep built-up columns and flush girts and can be located in either transverse or longitudinal directions. These may be sheeted on either side or on one side with normal wall cladding profiles.
